Gilli Proctor said work was to be done amailagamating the web site and village facebook and Mike Dewsbury agreed to take this on. A discussion took place on how to take the web site and facebook forward.
Grasscutting of the 'playing fields' was to continue but we would probably have to pay more.

MAINTENANCE OF ROADS, FOOTPATHS, STREET LIGHTS AND GRASS CUTTING
Chapel Lane,/ School Lane had been ripped up with the high power electric cable being put in (as has part of Hill Road and most of the rest of School Lane).
The footpaths and street lights in the village were mostly good.
The grass on the green had not been cut as well as previously and it needs looking at for any future functions of the green. Jill Cowan kindly offered to cut the grass if it had not been done by the Jubille celebrations.
Part of the fencing on the playing field had been knocked down by NPower whilst installing the high voltage electric cabling. Marian Graham explained what steps had been taken to rectify this with NPower and this was to be pursued by Marian.
