Notice is hereby given and Members are summoned to attend the *Annual Parish Meeting (APM) of Springthorpe Parish Meeting 2024 which will be held in Springthorpe Village Hall on Monday 13 May 2024 at 19.00.
The Agenda for this meeting:
1 Chair: review of 2023/24
2 Presentation: Springthorpe and Sturgate Neighbourhood Plan- a15 minute overview of plans for 2024/25
It is anticipated that this meeting will close at approximately 19.30 and will be followed immediately by the
*Annual Parish Committee Meeting(APCM) of Springthorpe Parish Meeting 2024
(*These meetings used to be combined as one and entitled Annual General Meeting ‘AGM’. The new meeting structure follows the current LALC Model Standing Orders 2018 on the advice of Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils (LALC) of which we are a member. The APM and APCM will be minuted separately).
Nominations for and Election of Officers 2024
The current Chair wishes to make known her intention to stand down from the position in May 2025, and would welcome enquiries of interest from Members who are interested in being appointed as Chair in 2025 for the position of Vice Chair for 2024/25 Contact:chair-spm@outlook.com
The positions of Treasurer and Web Manager remain vacant. The job and person descriptions for these positions are available on the Parish Website (as are the draft Regulations mentioned in the Agenda above). Nominations for these positions are welcome. Contact: chair-spm@outlook.com
